Dan Agbor is the Managing Partner of Udoma Udo & Belo-Osagie, one of Nigeria’s largest commercial law firms. He remains an active member of the firm’s Banking and Finance and Corporate / Commercial teams, both of which are ranked in ‘Band 1’ by Chambers and Partners. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Political Science and an M.PA (Masters in Public Administration), both of the University of Calabar. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree of the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. He started his legal career as an Associate in the firm of Ajumogobia, Okeke & Oyebode and in 1988 joined Nigeria International Bank Ltd (now Citibank Nigeria Limited), where he worked as a Legal Officer in the Corporate and Commercial Banking Group and then as a Product Manager in the Corporate Finance Unit of the bank.
