GRAIDE International Consultants Limited (GIC Ltd) provides client-centered research, monitoring, facilitation, and evaluation services for making evidence-informed decisions in a timely and appropriate manner in order to maximise results for organisational, institutional, and community growth.
GIC Ltd envisions organizations (CBOs, etc.) where learning is valued and used through renewing relevant capacities, skills, attitudes, and knowledge of gender and development among others for positively influencing and guaranteeing success for the work of inclusive, gender responsive, sustainable growth and transformation
GRAIDE International Consultants Ltd (GIC Ltd) works with small or large mainly women & youth CSOs, NGOs, Not-for-Profits, and other organisations and institutions for which evidence is generated through good quality research, monitoring and evaluation and used for timely and informed decision making to maximise desired results for national organisational, institutional, and community growth and transformation. We provide Monitoring & Evaluation training, undertake evaluations and provide evaluation quality assurance, implementation, results monitoring, and administrative support.

Our primary mode of work is through participatory, collaborative, co-creative and empowerment methods because we believe in the power of mutual learning for change and transformation. The processes, results, and even failures in the work of our partners and clients are made meaningful and usable for decision and policy making. This approach unlocks and enhances their understanding and use of research, monitoring, and evaluation to support their preparation, planning, and implementation of policies, projects, and programs. Through our co-creative involvement, research, monitoring, and evaluation are no longer seen as the distant engagement of and by an external expert but a valuable integral process by all for learning and continual improvement.
